Sydney band Flowertruck have released the first single, Dying To Hear, off their upcoming debut album, a track about anticipation and an uncertain future.
Dying To Hear, written by lead singer, bassist and songwriter Charles Rushforth in his bedroom whilst awaiting a call from his soon-to-be-ex-girlfriend, is the band's first new release in over a year, who combine Australiana with post-punk/new-wave to produce a truly unique pop sound.
The garage-pop four-piece will also be performing alongside the likes of DMA'S and The Jezabels at this year's Bad Friday show in Sydney next month.
