A new music event celebrating emerging talent will set up in Newcastle next month.

BCUBED, a two-date event “full of beats, brews and a curated line-up of the best unearthed artists” that “focuses on community and home-grown talent with a commitment to diversity and inclusivity”, will take over The Station on May 29 & 30.

Across the weekend, punters will be treated to music from Kobie Dee, Blessed, Jannah Beth, Glo, XNYWOLF, Luna Menta, Butterknife, Pikou Panez, Issa Mane & The Casio Treaders and more.

“BCUBED is a stress-free zone where you can relax with your homies, ice-cold brew in hand, as the sun sets and the music serenades you,” promoter Kai Mcgilvray said.

“We see BCUBED as something that runs through and for the community, rather than an event that is just in the community.”

Tickets are on sale now and you can find more details in theGuide.
