Fanny Lumsden has emerged as the big winner from Saturday's Golden Guitar Awards, taking home five gongs including Album Of The Year for Fallow.
As well as the Album Of The Year win, the Tooma artist left the Tamworth Regional Entertainment Conference Centre (TRECC) with the awards for Alt Country Album Of The Year, Female Artist Of The Year, CMT Video Of The Year (Mountain Song/This Too Shall Pass) and Apple Music Single Of The Year (Fierce).
Local favourites The McClymonts and Luke O'Shea picked up two awards each and now have 15 and 13 Golden Guitar wins respectively, while Travis Collins picked up Male Artist Of The Year and Melody Moko was named New Talent Of The Year.
Meanwhile, Melbourne-founded group The Bushwackers were inducted into the Australasian Country Music Roll of Renown to coincide with their 50th anniversary, while John Williamson also celebrated the same milestone with a live performance.

“Tamworth is the place that annually embraces the emerging, supports the established, and celebrates the long-standing careers of country music artists in Australia," Chairman of the Country Music Association of Australia, Dan Biddle, said.
"Despite the COVID climate we have all lived through in 2020, there was no exception to this tonight!
“We are proud to be a part of this resilient and growing industry, and on behalf of the board of the Country Music Association of Australia, I would like to congratulate all the winners, and everyone involved in the delivery of the 49th Toyota Golden Guitar Awards.”
