Melbourne's MPavilion is in for a great 2020 with the January program now revealed.
Among the summer program will be a range of talks, events and workshops, including the ongoing Wednesday Assembly podcast live recording with 3RRR’s Breaking & Entering program hosts Lauren Taylor and Simon Winkler.
The Rock Academy series will return once more, with teenagers invited to join the week-long workshop to create and then perform their own original songs.
The 2020 Emerging Indigenous Writer-In-Residence will be announced soon, with the participant set to be mentored by last year's Writer In Residence Maddee Clark. They work on the pieces responding to this season's themes of Unplugged, Earth and Knowledge across the three month residency.
Melbourne Theatre Company will return with the second session of their NEXT STAGE series, while there's also ambient guitar meditation, calligraphy classes and more.
