The feature album goes to Thornhill and their album The Dark Pool. It's the debut LP for the Melbourne five-piece, which dropped back in October.

"While the overriding vibe of the sound is deeply dark, the songs still soar to the heavens," said The Music reviewer Rod Whitfield at the time of release.

"This debut is an enormous statement, and should garner Thornhill significant national and international attention. It’s also unquestionably one of the best releases of 2019." Read the full review here.
