Brisbane-based boutique event Mojo Burning will return for its seventh edition in 2020, today revealing a star-studded line-up headlined by UK psych maestros Temples.

Following overwhelming demand in recent years, the next instalment of Mojo Burning will take place in Fortitude Valley, occupying Woolly Mammoth and Ivory Tusk on March 28.

Joining Temples on the first artist announcement are German fuzz-kings Kadavar and local legend Steve Smyth, alongside Astrodeath, Battesnake, The Black Armada, Blue Savannah Underworld, Boing Boing, Era Lee, Fuzz Toads, Hobo Magic, Marshall OKell, Magenta Voyeur, Rick Dangerous & The Silkie Bantams, Smoking Martha and Space Carbonara.

"2020 is shaping up to be our biggest yet,” festival organiser Christian Tryhorn said.

β€œIt's the first time we've had two headline internationals and a great sign of things to come for the festival. We spend quite some time handpicking every act on the line-up and put a lot of effort into venue theming to make the experience a mind-blowing one for everyone.”
