With a huge music line-up already confirmed, Falls Festival has today revealed its arts and comedy programs.

The return of the Comedy Club will see sets from Rhys Nicholson, Steph Tisdell, Daniel Townes, Stevenson Brothers and Gen Fricker, with Cameron James MCing in Lorne and Marion Bay while Kristy Webeck takes control in Bryon Bay.

The festival has also announced a number of precincts at each event, including Rancho Relaxo in Lorne, which will feature craft sessions, yoga, live music, dance workshops, discussion panels and more; Smalls Festival in Marion Bay, which is the “perfect place for families and kids to get creative during the festival”; and Area 51 in Byron Bay, where punters can enjoy cocktails by the pool, morning yoga and exercise and outdoor gallery You’ve Finally Made It, curated by Andy Mac.

“I’m thrilled to be the 2019/20 artist in residence for Falls Byron,” Mac said. “Festivals are a coming together of friends old and new since the dawn of human time. I’m looking to create moments of surprise, delight and serendipity for music lovers and festival-goers.”

The huge comedy and arts programs – the full details of which you can find via the Fall Festival website – follow the announcement of Halsey, Vampire Weekend, Disclosure, Playboi Carti, Peking Duk, Banks, Thelma Plum, Montaigne and more in recent months.

Falls Festival takes place in Lorne, Marion Bay, Byron Bay and Fremantle from 28 December. Head to theGuide for all the info.
