Tones & I is in prime position to rewrite ARIA chart history this week with her global hit song, Dance Monkey.
Midweek figures suggest that the track's streak on the Singles chart will not be challenged this week, which would see it place at #1 for the 16th-straight week and hold the record for the longest streak on the chart in its entire history.
There will be no debuting tracks on the list this week and the only likely contender to end the streak looks to be Dua Lipa's Don't Start Now, however that is only expected to climb into the top five.
Expect to also see Tones & I's other hit single, Never Seen The Rain, make a move into the top end of the chart after placing at #10 last week.
Over on the Albums chart, Kanye West's reign at #1 with JESUS IS KING is expected to be challenged by fellow US songwriter and country artist Luke Combs with his second record, What You See Is What You Get (top three).
Other albums debuting on the chart this week include The Script's Sunsets & Full Moons (top five), the Last Christmas soundtrack (top ten), Six60's Six60 (3), FKA Twigs' Magdalene (both top 20), Doja Cat's Hot Pink (top 30) and Vanessa Amorosi's Back To Love (top 50).
