Kanye West's long-awaited Jesus Is King album is expected to debut at #1 on this week's ARIA Albums chart.

According to midweek figures the new Gospel record, which comes in at just over 27 minutes, is on its way to top spot and would gift the Atlanta-born rapper his third #1 Australian album and back-to-back top debuts following 2018's Ye.

Also debuting on the Albums chart this week includes Rex Orange County's Pony (top five... and our Album Of The Week!), James Blunt's Once Upon A Mind (top ten), Van Morrison's Three Chords & The Truth, Airbourne's Boneshaker (both top 20), Desert Sessions Vol 11 & 12, Thornhill's The Dark Pool, Bruce Springsteen's Western Stars - Songs From The Film, King Princess' Cheap Queen (all top 30), Bad Wolves' NATION (top 40) and Old Deminion's self-titled LP (top 50).

Over on the Singles chart, Australia's Tones & I will look to top the list for the 14th-straight week with Dance Monkey, however US pop star Selena Gomez could spoil the streak.

The Texas singer's new track, Lose You To Love Me, is predicted to debut in the top three and push for #1, while her other single, Look At Her Now, should crack the top 25.

The only other new offering on the Singles chart this week comes from Meduza with Lose Control (top 40).
