Bad Apples Music has today announced a new arm of the label, now offering a distribution service.
The label, which was founded by rapper, writer and actor Briggs, will focus on supporting unsigned artists and that the distribution arm is "another way First Nations artists can own their story, their careers, their future - at the highest level".
"We are excited to be able to offer this service to artists locally and across the country," said Bad Apples label manager Coco Eke of the expansion.
"The talent and diversity of Indigenous music has for a long time been immense, and we will continue to charge all artists connected to the Bad Apples family with independence, whilst supporting them to achieve their best within the industry."
The first act to parter with Bad Apples Distro is Melbourne group The Deans Of Soul with their album Equal, while Key Hoo are set to release their new single in the near future.
Bad Apples Music's roster currently includes the likes of Birdz, AB Original, Alice Skye, and more.
