After unveiling a handful of acts last month, Australia's favourite folk punk event, HOBOFOPO, has revealed its full 2019 line-up.

Set to take over Hobart from 31 October-3 November, HOBOFOPO's fourth instalment will feature some of the country’s best acts alongside previously confirmed headliners, UK legends Crywank.

Here’s the full 2019 line-up:

Crywank, Crooked Fiddle Band, The Ramshackle Army, Claire Anne Taylor, Runebilly Rattle, Departure Party (solo), Medusa's Wake, Quinton Trembath, Jodie Flange, Rusted Tongue, This Is A Robbery, The Dead Maggies, Knifey Spoony, Billy Puntton, The Stragglers, Jude Joseph, BrodyGreg, The Dead Peasants, The Clotheslines, The Dominic Francis Grief Ensemble, Hairyman, Tash Zappala, Abitow Yagahn, RuA, The Sketches, Stuns'l Booms, Ryan Garth & Emily Wolfe, Hard Rubbish, David Beniuk and a late-night open mic

The festival has also unveiled its 2019 Irish Mythen grant recipient, Rusted Tongue, who will receive $500 to go towards their music, thanks to the Canadian folk singer, who donated the funds.

“Rusted Tongue are an emerging band from Melbourne that we see great potential in,” organisers said.

“They are currently recording and could use the money for production of their recordings. HOBOFOPO 2019 will provide a great opportunity for them to present themselves and network within the Australian folk-punk scene.”
