Hey emo kids, need a Friday pick-me-up? Then look no further then Alex Lahey's killer cover of My Chemical Romance's Welcome To The Black Parade on triple j's Like A Version this morning. 

The Melbourne songwriter was backed by her band for the cover of the 2006 fan-favourite track, plus a few extra additions including fellow Aussie favourite G Flip who took over timpani for the performance.
