The first 20 speakers to grace this year’s Electronic Music Conference in Sydney have been unveiled, with influential industry figures, tech entrepreneurs and more from across the globe announced.

Returning to the University of Technology Sydney from 13-14 November, this year’s conference will be overseen by new lead programmer Lauren Neko, who has pulled together a number of keynote events alongside panels on mental health and wellbeing, financial stability for managers and artists, the future of the Australian music media landscape and more.

The overall theme for EMC 2019 is “The Next Now”, with the event exploring the challenges the music industry will face over the next 10 years.
