Acclaimed auditory artists and musicians lead the 2019 JOLT Sonic Festival line-up, with the Melbourne-based sonic arts preproduction house dishing up a massive bill.
Taking place at Footscray Community Arts Centre from 20-22 September, the festival’s Copy That, Copy Cat edition will present “sonic adventurers and devoted artists who take risks with sounds”.
“Sound art is a global language and different people from different backgrounds colour it in mind opening and exciting ways,” JOLT artistic director James Hullick said.
