ABC has enlisted some serious talent for the second season of Aussie comedy series Squinters.
Leading the latest cast announcement is US actor Kristen Schaal (Flight Of The Conchords, Last Man On Earth) as an American CEO named Tina, alongside Claudia O’Doherty (Love, Inside Amy Schumer, Trainwreck), Justine Clarke, Genevieve Morris, Anne Edmonds, New Girl’s Lamorne Morris and Aussie legend Ernie Dingo.
Mandy McElhinney, Sam Simmons, Andrea Demetriades, Justin Rosniak and Rose Matafeo will all reprise their roles from season one.
The series, as it official synopsis reads, “follows commuters in peak hour transit as they drive to work”, and was ABC’s most-watched TV comedy in 2018.
Squinters season two will premiere on ABC on July 10 at 9pm with all six episodes available the same night via iview.
