The Teskey Brothers Named Latest Winners Of Levi's Music Prize

The Teskey Brothers have been announced as the latest winners of the Levi's Music Prize. 

The Melbourne group have won $30,000, including $25,000 in cash and $5,000 in travel from Stage & Screen, which is awarded to a group that has previously showcased at BIGSOUND.

“The Teskeys are absolutely thrilled to receive the Levi’s Music Prize," the band said of the receiving the prize.

"This year we’ll be touring through UK, Germany, Netherlands, Canada and USA, and we guarantee no dollar of this incredible prize will be left unspent. Thanks so much to Levi’s and BIGSOUND for this huge leg up.”

The band showcased at BIGSOUND in 2017.

They join previous winners including Amyl & The Sniffers, Emerson Snowe, Stella Donnelly, Alex Lahey, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever and Hatchie.
