Bryan Adams' appearance on The Project last night has got us (along with all of Twitter it seems) speculating that the Canadian singer-songwriter may in fact be comedian Wil Anderson's long-lost dad due to a striking resemblance.

While we don't really know what happened in the summer of '69, Anderson has confirmed Adams bought him his first real six-string and that's all the proof we need.

Bryan Adams is in the country for three headline dates and two A Day On the Green events this month, all supported by special guest Mahalia Barnes. Wil Anderson plays the Melbourne International Comedy Festival from 27 March. Scroll down to theGuide for a look at all the dates.
