The Australian music industry’s longest-running and most competitive music quiz will return to Sydney next month with Double J legend Zan Rowe set to host.
The Nordoff Robbins Music Quiz, run by the country’s leading music therapy not-for-profit and the largest employer of registered music therapists in Australia, will set up in Luna Park’s Crystal Ballroom on April 4, with “a new look and fresh feel, as well as a few surprises”.
“I’m a long-time admirer of the work that Nordoff Robbins does and I’m honoured to be hosting the legendary music quiz and witness the ultimate battle of music industry minds,” Rowe said.
Nordoff Robbins CEO Belinda Leonard added: “To celebrate 21 glorious years of our legendary quiz, we are giving our much-loved event a bit of a refresh.
“Not to disappoint our loyal quizzers there will be our stable of familiar rounds, but for the very first time we are partnering with Sounds Familiar Music Quiz – the UK’s biggest and best music quiz craze.
“We are thrilled to have Zan Rowe on board this year to host the festivities, she will be joined by a number of high-profile quiz masters as well as a live performance or two.”
Tickets and more information is available via the Nordoff Robbins website.
