After confirming its return, The Seed Fund has just revealed the successful participants for its 2019 workshop.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage with peers, facilitators and panelists in a dynamic workshop format. Over the course of the workshop, participants will create a tailored 12 month plan to set them on their path in the music industry with the focus on integrating the artist's experience into the management world.
The fund was overwhelmed by the response to the workshop with over 320 applications meaning its capacity was increased from 25 to 33.
"Our selection process ensures we include a diverse range of backgrounds, genres of music, level of experience and geographical locations," read a statement from The Seed Fund.

Alex Wilson‘s main project is sleepmakeswaves who have received three ARIA nominations for their last three full length albums, have had extensive radio play and the opportunity to tour over 25 countries. Alex is also a music producer and audio engineer. Self Managed, NSW
Amber Fresh (Rabbit Island) is a beloved artist in the Western Australian music scene and over the last ten years has released two exceptionally praised studio albums, and cult-loved home recordings. Ant Beard began writing songs at the age of 15 and began touring Western Australia with his band Carvana Sun four years later playing four-to-five shows a weekend. Carvana Sun began touring Europe the following year and have returned for the past eight summers headlining festivals and performing to 5,000+ crowds in Germany. Self Managed, NSW
Ashlyn Koh has managed FOAM for the last six years, in this time they have toured Australian five times, released four EPs and one album. Ashlyn recently joined FOAM as the fourth performing member on keys/synth and backing vocals. She also manages CALMLY, FKA and Childsaint and plays drums in CALMLY. Self Managed, WA
Perth singer-songwriter Bri Clark surfaced in early 2015 on the waves of her debut single Never Far Enough. Receiving national airplay, the track was nominated for WAM Song of the Year for 2015/16. Bri was shortlisted for the 2018 Vanda and Young songwriting competition and has a five-track EP due out in early 2019. Self Managed, WA
Damien Platt created Palms Management. Palms represent a diverse roster including Approachable Members Of Your Local Community, Rachel Maria Cox, Sannia, Juno Disco and Tamara and the Dreams. Hailey Cramer has toured nationally and internationally with Blue King Brown, PEZ and 360. A guest performance on RocKwiz also saw her touring extensively around Australia with their live show. Hayley Ayres began her career booking shows for mates which quickly escalated to being employed as a venue booker. Jake Mason of Cookin’ On 3 Burners is a Melbourne based ARIA-nominated songwriter and producer with over twenty years experience.
