Queen's incredible run on the ARIA charts has continued again this week, with three albums from the iconic group landing in the top five of the Albums list.
For the third-straight week, the soundtrack for the Golden Globe-winning Freddie Mercury biopic, Bohemian Rhapsody, has taken out #1 on the chart (13th week on the chart overall), while their 1981-released Greatest Hits compilation has jumped up to #3 and the 2000-released The Platinum Collection has placed at #5.
The 1991-released Greatest Hits II compilation has also jumped up five places from last week to chart at #24.
Prior to 2018, Queen had not had a year-end top ten album in Australia this century, but as noted in ARIA's end of year charts released last week, scored two - Bohemian Rhapsody (#5) and Greatest Hits (#8).
As Bohemian Rhapsody is expected to feature in several categories at next month's Oscars (nominations to be announced next week), it's likely the soundtrack will continue to challenge for #1 on the Albums chart for at least the next few weeks.
The only new entry on the Albums chart this week comes from US country artist Randy Houser with Magnolia, which has debuted at #53.
Over on the Singles chart, Post Malone and Swae Lee have also clinched three-straight weeks atop the list with Sunflower, while the top 20 remains largely unchanged from last week.
The only new track cracking the top 20 is Sam Smith and Normani's Dancing With A Stranger, coming in at #19.
Other songs debuting on the chart this week are Gesaffelstein and The Weeknd's Lost In The Fire (#25) and Dominic Fike's 3 Nights (#42).
