Adelaide’s newest live music venue, Lion Arts Factory has confirmed it will open its doors to the public next month.
In December, it was announced that Lion Arts Factory would open in the same space that the now-closed Fowlers Live occupied, bringing with it some serious talent.
With the initial announcement accompanied by shows from the likes of Converge, Montaigne and Gang Of Four, the venue has today unveiled more acts for the coming months, including DZ Deathrays, West Thebarton and Luca Brasi.
“We have been really moved by the response from bands and agents wanting to book shows into Lion Arts Factory, and are excited to work on a project that will have a real diversity in the genre of artists playing the venue,” venue booker Ross Osmon of Five Four Entertainment said.
“We are focused on delivering a space that all of the gig going community and bands will feel at home in and want to come back to.”
Following Fowlers Live closing last year, the venue underwent renovations, with improvement made to the stage and sound system, among other things.
Lion Arts Factory will open Thursday 7 February; check out theGuide for more details.
