
Polish up those ollie’s because Bondi’s Bowl-a-Rama is back and its bringing one of the world’s more famous skater boi’s, Tony Hawk to teach you all a trick or two.
The event is one of the largest professional bowl competition in Australasia, stretching across two massive days next February.
Aussie skating fans can look forward to Hawk showing off his legendary skills alongside a competition pool of 32 top ranked local skaters.
“I love the Aussie skate scene - it’s always been really strong, even when skateboarding wasn’t as popular,” Hawk said.
“The pool is a great medium - they’re doing proper huge vert tricks and really textured tricks. Last year I was so impressed with the juniors and girls competition, it was a big highlight of the event.”
The Birdman will be joined by world renowned skateboarders including Bucky Lasek, Pedro Barros, Steve Alba, Eric Dressen and stacks more.
