With just two weeks until Fairgrounds kicks off, the festival has unveiled stellar Artists In Conversation and workshop programs.

Leading the In Conversation bill are headliners James Mercer (The Shins) and David Le’aupepe (Gang Of Youths), who will sit down with Myf Warhurst.

General conversations with Mercer, Holly Throsby and Scott Kannberg (Spiral Stairs/Pavement) will take place throughout the event (and require no RSVP), while the Gang Of Youths frontman will discuss his love of Wilco's Yankee Hotel Foxtrot and New Zealand crooner Marlon Williams discusses cult Canadian songwriter Bob Carpenter.

The festival’s In Conversation news is accompanied by an exciting workshops announcement that includes spoonsmith classes and more alongside the Fairgrounds Pool, a whisky club and more.

Added to the epic line-up – which also features Future Islands, Japanese Breakfast, Noname, Stella Donnelly, Jen Cloher and more – and the Berry festival is shaping up to be one for the ages.

It all goes down next weekend, 8-9 December, and you can find more info via the festival’s website.
