There’s been a wealth of movement on the ARIA Albums Chart this past week, and although a number of Christmas LPs have swept in, no one was unable to dethrone Taylor Swift’s Reputation from #1.

The festive rush has well and truly kicked in, with Michael Buble’s Christmas cracking the top 5 to land #4, while Sia’s Everyday Is Christmas has debuted at #7, also scoring a #39 debut on the UK charts.

As mid-week figures predicted, there are more holiday hits in the Aus charts with John Farnham & Olivia Newton-John's Friends For Christmas re-entering (#10) and Chris Isaak’s Christmas receiving a bump (#26) among others.

Following the passing of iconic guitarist Malcolm Young last weekend, AC/DC’s Live and Back In Black have recharted at #47 and #58 respectively.

Currently touring the country to rave reviews, Paul Kelly’s Life Is Fine has received a nice bump to #8, while Lorde’s Melodrama Aus tour has seen her slide up to #18.

Other notable debuts on the Albums Chart comes from Tim McGraw & Faith Hill’s The Rest Of Our Life (#9), Green Day’s Greatest Hits: God’s Favourite Band (#16), Iron Maiden’s The Book Of Souls: Live Chapter (#17), Silverchair tribute Spawn (Again) (#29), and Piece BrothersMy Tired Mind (#31).
