US post-punks Protomartyr are heading Down Under for the first time.
Frontman Joe Casey told The Music, back in September, that "from early on it [Australia] was near the top of our list of places to get to, so we better be touring Australia some time in the next year. If it doesn't happen next year the band is breaking up!"
Well, good news Protomartyr fans, they're not breaking up because their heading to Aus!
The Detroit four-piece will be hitting Brisbane's The Foundry on 15 Feb, Sydney's Oxford Art Factory on 16 Feb and finishing at Melbourne's The Curtin on 17 Feb.
Sydney's Mere Women will be joining Protomartyr on the three-date run.
