
Just when you thought the New Year’s Eve festival schedule was at capacity, The Cambridge comes along and drops a killer line up for their legendary NYE Block Party, returning December 31st.
Following two consecutive sold out years, The Cambridge are going hard on 2017’s celebration bringing aboard Australian hip hop royalty, Bliss n Eso, to head up the auspicious event. Joining the boys will be Sydney producer/ DJ/all-round music boy Touch Sensitive, fresh off his huge 2017 album Visions.
Never ones to miss out on a party, Sydney production wunkerkinds Elk Road and Kilter are also getting in on the sweet New Year’s action.
Bringing in a lovely touch of low key pop will be Tassie’s own Asta and rounding the festivities off are electronic rap master Kwame and local boy/beat provider Jayteehazard.
As always, the block party is a super exclusive with a limited capacity of only 3000, meaning its first in, best dressed to chomp down on this tasty aural treat.
The Cambridge are also enlisting the best street food trucks, market stalls and live art that Newcastle has to offer.
