After emerging on the scene last year, Phoenix Manson has quickly established a reputation at Melbourne beat nights like High Bias, Mind Vibes and Electric Relaxation.
Now the Abbey Road alumnus has completed his debut EP, Wave Length, which he is playing start to finish with a full cast of collaborators and live visuals at MaiTri Centre this Saturday, 18 Nov.
Produced, mixed and mastered entirely on analogue equipment, Manson has captured the warmth of lo-fi, golden era hip hop with vintage drums and synths and filtered it through smooth, jazzy neo-soul.
