Following news earlier this year that triple j drive presenter Veronica Milsom is pregnant, the youth broadcaster has today announced who will step in on the Veronica & Lewis show as Milsom takes maternity leave.
For the remainder of 2017, lunchtime presenter Gen Fricker will join Lewis Hobba in the drive slot, however there is currently no date set for Milsom's return.
The news means that Bridget Hustwaite, who has filled in on Home & Hosed and overnight shifts, will take over triple j Lunch until the end of the year.
Triple J is expected to announce its full 2018 presenter program later in the year.
