Rock favourites Queens Of The Stone Age have soared to the top of the Aus charts with the release of their seventh studio album, Villains.

The recent Splendour In The Grass headliners have claimed their second-straight #1 album in Australia, with …Like Clockwork peaking in first place upon release in 2013.

After debuting in first place last week, Gang Of Youths' Go Farther In Lightness now sits at #7, while Paul Kelly holds onto #2 with Life Is Fine for a second week after scoring a top debut a fortnight ago.

The Aussie love continues as Kim Churchill’s Weight_Falls debuts at #6 - just behind The War On Drugs acclaimed A Deeper Understanding – and Gordi just cracking the top 20 with Reservoir.

Ed Sheeran's ÷ (Divide) shows no signs of leaving the top five anytime soon, holding onto #3 this week.

Other notable Albums Chart debuts come from Fifth Harmony’s self-titled LP (#9) and PVRIS with All We Know Of Heaven, All We Need Of Hell (#12).

Over on the Singles Chart, Taylor Swift’s Look What You Made Me Do soars into first place.
