Flume, Run The Jewels Lead Falls Festival’s Epic 25th Anniversary Line-up

Falls Festival’s highly anticipated 2017 line-up has dropped, with a star-studded array of international and local names helping not only ring in the New Year in style, but also make the event’s 25th anniversary a party for the ages.

With Liam Gallagher confirmed yesterday, the end-of-year festival has unveiled headliners Flume, Fleet Foxes, Run The Jewels and The Kooks among others, all who will visit picturesque venues in Lorne (28 – 31 Dec), Marion Bay (29 – 31 Dec) and Bryon Bay (31 Dec – 2 Jan), and Fremantle (6 – 7 Jan) for a second run.

It was back in 1993 that the beloved festival – now a staple on the Aussie festival calendar – first setup shop in Lorne for a one-day event (then named Rock Above The Falls), and since then it has expanded to not only feature some of the best established acts from around the globe but also shine a light on emerging local talent.

As always, Falls will complement their epic line-up with creative installations, visual arts performances, comedy, markets, yoga and more – all to be rolled out in detail as the festival approaches.

Falls have also partnered with Your Choice, an initiative launched earlier this year to stamp out toxic behaviour at gigs.
