Fremantle Festival has curated a stellar program for its 2017 event, enlisting international headliner Justin Townes Earle alongside Aussie favourites The Jezabels and a slew of local buzz acts.

Kicking off October 27, the ten-day event will once again bring together different creative elements for an immersive experience, with the festival securing Swiss artist Felice Varini and his internationally renowned ‘optical illusion’ art.

The music program also includes Nicholas Allbrook’s Songs Of Disgrace, Ecca Vandal, Nite Jewel, Peter Bibby, Jack Ladder, Koi Child, Mojo Juju, Mission Songs, Jae Laffer, Salary and more while local legends The Stems kick off their At First Sight, Violets Are Blue 30th anniversary tour at the festival.

“We’re very proud to bring to life a Festival that will provide a platform for so many levels of creativity and entertainment,” City of Fremantle Festivals Coordinator Kathryn Taylor said.

There’s also comedy from Sam Simmons, Frank Woodley and a stack more. Check out the Fremantle Festival website for all the details.
