Universal Music Publishing Australia (UMPG) have today announced the signing of a global publishing deal with revered dance artists and writers, James and Melinda Appleby

The Appleby's are best known as the core writers of all four of ARIA Award-winning outfit Rogue Traders' albums, while James co-founded the group and featured as keyboardist and guitarist.

The signing comes as both artists turn their focus to new project, Sioux City, which released its single, Until The Sun Go, just last month. Check out the music video below.

"James and Melinda have been a cornerstone of the electronic music scene for many years now and it was an honour to welcome them back into the UMPG family last year," Universal Music Publishing Vice President Creative, Arwen Curson, said.

"Not only do they bring with them their incredible Rogue Traders catalogue but now their infectious new project, Sioux City, is finally being released to the world.

"These two are going to bring a lot of sunshine to a lot of lives!"

Sioux City's debut album is set to be released later this year.

James and Melinda Appleby join a roster that includes the likes of Peking Duk, Guy Sebastian, Vera Blue and more.
