Neil Finn is set to record his new album this month and he wants you to see it all happen live.
The Crowded House frontman has announced that he will perform on a live stream from his Auckland studio every Friday this month, with the final session (25 August) to be the actual recording of his new solo album, Out Of Silence, due out on 1 September.
"During these Friday sessions you will be witness to a series of musical happenings featuring friends, family, fellow songwriters and singers playing tunes both old and brand new," Finn said.
"You can follow the progress of new song arrangements as we build towards the last stream on August 25."
The stream will be accessible via Finn's Facebook page, starting this week.
