The National Gallery Of Victoria has pulled out all the stops for its spring live music series, enlisting a wealth of homegrown and international talent to bring the unique venue alive each Friday night from September.

NGV Friday Nights will host Japanese rockers Shonen Knife, LA electro/R&B maestro Nite Jewel and Aussie favourite Kate Miller-Heidke as headline acts, with Lupa J kicking off proceedings on September 1 and UK/France collective Laetitia Sadier Source Ensemble playing a special closing night party on November 4.

“This season of NGV Friday Nights combines an eclectic and inventive musical line-up with the world exclusive exhibition The House of Dior: Seventy Years Of Haute Couture,” NGV director Tony Ellwood said.

The line-up is rounded out by Claudio, GL, ALTA, Electric Fields, JOY., and Airling, with tickets and more info available via the NGV website.
