Katy Perry was reportedly spotted at Sydney airport while her 'live' performance on The Voice was screened around the country last night.
As News.com.au reports, Perry was billed to perform live on the grand final of the singing competition, but the US pop star was pictured walking through the airport terminal at the time of broadcast, despite the network logo including a 'LIVE' tag during the show.
The 32-year-old singer also appeared on fellow Channel Seven programme Sunrise this morning, however a spokesperson for the breakfast show confirmed that her appearance was filmed last week.
"Katy Perry has recorded her portions of the show," the spokesperson said.
"We let fans know that last week, by inviting them to come down and see her during her appearance."
Meanwhile, 20-year-old Judah Kelly was crowned the winner of this year's competition, which drew impressive TV ratings last night.
According to TV Tonight, the grand final was viewed by 1.31 million metro viewers, just beating last year's viewership of 1.3 million.
The network will no doubt be hoping Kelly enjoys more success than last year's winner, Alfie Arcuri, who set a new record for the show's worst performing winner's single, which debuted at #89 on the ARIA Singles chart.
