After 11 shows sold out within hours of tickets going on sale, Midnight Oil have kept their promise and announced new shows for The Great Circle tour.

A statement released by the iconic group's tour promoter this morning reads, "The band hope this additional supply of tickets in the market will reduce the ability of scalpers to unscrupulously profit from the passion of Midnight Oil fans".
Meanwhile, extra tickets for the Sunshine Coast gig at Big Pineapple Fields have been released, while Wollongong fans are advised that the WIN Entertainment Centre concert (originally scheduled for 8 November) will now take place on 13 November.
Ticketholders who cannot attend the new Wollongong date are asked to seek a full refund by 5pm on Friday. 31 March.
Pre-sale tickets for the new shows go on sale from 1pm on Monday, 6 March, before hitting the general public from 1pm on Wednesday, 8 March.
