After a sneaky secret show in their hometown last month to road test new music, Perth indie rockers Methyl Ethel have announced their highly anticipated new album, Everything Is Forgotten,  will drop in March.

With a headline tour slated for late February, they’ve given fans another taste of what to expect with single Ubu and its visually stunning music video; both promising massive things from the 11-track release dropping March 3 via Dot Dash/Remote Control.

The new cut follows on from 2016’s No. 28 single and sees the band’s partnership with British producer James Ford yielding great results as they fuse shoegaze, dream-pop and electronic elements.

Methyl Ethel’s whirlwind, sold-out Aussie tour kicks off at Feb 18 at Fremantle Arts Centre.
