French post-black metal duo Alcest have announced they'll be returning to Australian shores later this year for a national tour.

The band will have their latest, Kodama, in tow, an expansive, conceptual album that was inspired by Hayao Miyazaki's Princess Mononoke.

For the first time, Alcest will also jump the pond over to New Zealand. The band will be in Australia starting 25 April in Brisbane.
