After breaking her leg on the weekend following two festival gigs, Melbourne artist Alice Ivy has been forced to cancel some upcoming shows as she recovers from the injury.
Ivy's team confirmed in a statement posted to Facebook last night that she has had to pull out of two Sydney shows this week, as well as the final show of E^ST's national tour in Adelaide next Friday.
"Despite her vehement protestations… Alice Ivy's doctors have imposed a strict ban on her flying feat. broken leg for the next two weeks minimum," the statement reads.
The soul-electro singer is expected to be fit and ready to go for a show The Gasometer Hotel in Melbourne with Saatsuma on 15 December — click on theGuide for more details.
