Sydney indie duo Lime Cordiale are spoiling their fans in a big way as 2016 draws to a close and a new year dawns, announcing a further 10 dates on their recently wrapped-but-now-unwrapped Waking Up Easy tour.
The additional dates triple the pair's original schedule, which comprised five dates — four of which sold out, which might explain the newly unveiled expansion — and closed out a couple of weeks ago at The Lair, in Sydney.
To give a broader cross-section of their fans a chance to experience the magic, Lime Cordiale will set off once again from late November, playing a burst of shows in Brisbane and Melbourne, both of which nab two shows each (one U18, one 18+), as well as Geelong, before hitting Adelaide, Warringah and Merton — for the Rabbit Hole Festival — in December (a month of all-ages shows).
They're not quite content to leave it there, however; the extended Waking Up Easy sojourn bows out, for real this time, with a double header in their home town, once again catering to both the 18+ and U18 crowds. Classy.
Lime Cordiale dropped the jaunt's eponymous single (their first new work since last year's well-received Road To Paradise EP) in late September, releasing its sunny video at the same time, before setting off for the original, smaller version of the tour early last month.
If you haven't yet done so, now would be the perfect time to give it a listen, and head on over to theGuide for a full list of venues, dates and other booking details.
