
Washington DC-based instrumental prog metal act Animals As Leaders have revealed plans for a national tour next February, ahead of their new album, The Madness Of Many, releasing to the world next month.
The djent trio don't have a vocalist, instead focusing on seven- and eight-string guitar wizardry care of Tosin Abasi and Javier Reyes, and drummer Matt Garstka.
The band were last here in 2014 alongside Periphery, and will this time have guitar virtuoso Plini and Nick Johnston along for the ride. The three acts will kick off the tour in Brisbane on 25 February, before moving onward to Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth until 2 March.
The Madness Of Many is due out on 11 November.
