Melbourne alt-rock quintet Harbours are joining forces with interstate peers Our Past Days for a six-date co-headline tour of the east coast, it has been announced.

Harbours head into the tour on the back of their self-produced debut EP Nothing Stays The Same, which they released at the beginning of the year. Their profile has been further raised of late by nabbing support slots for several international heavyweights including The Story So Far, Silverstein and Funeral For A Friend, among others. As it turns out, impressive live resumes are a shared trait between the new tourmates — Sydneysiders Our Past Days have cut their teeth alongside the likes of Knuckle Puck, The Wonder Years, Man Overboard and more while also taking the time to put out their debut single, Bloom Where You're Planted, late last year.

The pair of acts will be taking their joint roadshow for a predominantly all-ages run that kicks off with a licensed show at Adelaide's Enigma Bar on Friday 12 August and rolls through Melbourne, Newcastle and Brisbane under the AA umbrella before rounding out with two licensed gigs in Sydney and Wollongong.

Tickets for all shows are available now via Destroy All Lines; for more information about the tour, including venue and date information, see theGuide.
