Since its release on August 7 2015, Greta Bradman has secured Australian chart success with her debut Decca Classics album, My Hero. Greta's latest album, a tribute to her musical heroes, debuted at #1 on the ARIA Classical and Crossover Charts and also #11 in ARIA's main chart upon its release. The success continues, as My Hero remains at the #1 spot in the ARIA Classical and Crossover charts to date.

A journey into the beautiful world of bel canto repertoire, My Hero has received stellar reviews around the globe, with critics praising Greta's voice and musicianship. In The Australian Newspaper's five-star review of My Hero, reviewer Vincent Plush says:

'Words are almost inadequate in describing Greta Bradman's long-awaited excursion into the recorded world of bel canto and beyond... And now, the proof: what an extraordinary bobby-dazzler of a voice this is ... The palette of Bradman's voice is stunning in its richness and variety: from the gossamer threads of 'When You Wish Upon a Star' to the clarion grandeur of Handel's 'Rodelinda' ... from the perilous cascades of Rossini's 'Una voce poco fa' to the saccharine lilt of 'Edelweiss', with only a harp accompaniment, Bradman tosses all off with assurance and panache. In all this she summons up recollections not just of La Stupenda herself, but of Maria Callas and Cecilia Bartoli...'

Greta's voice is fast sparking international interest. Katherine Cooper of Presto Classical in the United Kingdom expresses her excitement upon hearing 'My Hero' and Greta's voice and technical skill:

'Decca's new soprano is one of the most exciting new female voices I've come across in ages... [Greta] has it all – a richness and range of colour in the middle voice that puts many mezzos to shame, extreme high notes of extraordinary fullness, and the sparkling-clean coloratura that usually comes with voices a third of this size. It's easy to see why Bonynge was transfixed, and why he was so keen to hear her in repertoire closely associated with his late wife Joan Sutherland.'

Greta will be touring throughout Australia and India over the coming months, so don't miss out!
