This March will see Sydney’s Northern Beaches playing host to the state’s newest and coolest music festival, Party in the Park, at Pittwater Park (known as Rat Park), North Narrabeen.

Its second year will see a line-up twice as big as last year featuring some of Australia’s favourite bands, including Brisbane indie-rockers Ball Park Music, The Jungle Giants, roots act The Beautiful Girls, Dune Rats and Northern Beaches favourites Lime Cordiale and Sons of the East.

While still focusing on indie-rock, the 2016 Party in the Park also extends into the electronic realm, with Nina Las Vegas, Touch Sensitive, Kilter and Young Franco, set to dance the night out!

The festival’s new site will provide the perfect space for all the Party in the Park revelry, with heaps of parking, easy public transport options, nearby camping, and scenic surrounds full of rolling hills to chill with some bevies and friends as the sun sets.

The whole thing will take place on one main stage, so you don’t have to worry about any clashes. Gates will swing open at 1pm and its wrap up at 10.30pm.

Just relax and take it easy as you enjoy great music, 4 Pines award-winning brewed craft beer and cider, heaps of indie-festival food stalls, as well as food stalls, face painting, stilt walkers and other creative shenanigans.
