Canberran hip hop wunderkind Citizen Kay is swiftly ramping up to the release of his eagerly awaited debut studio full-length, With The People, with the unveiling of a sizeable run of tour dates all over the country over the next few months in honour of his new release.
Hot on the heels of lead album single Wax On Wax Off, Citizen Kay will be joining forces with fellow Canberrans and rising rap stars Coda Conduct for his national tour, after first getting under way at Cronulla's Sounds Of The Suburbs event on Sunday, 27 September. From there, the touring party will head through Newcastle (Bar On The Hill, Thursday, 22 October), Melbourne (Shebeen, 23 October), Hobart (Republic Bar, 24 October), Canberra (ANU Bar, 30 October), Adelaide (Cats, 6 November), Bondi (SOSUEME @ Beach Road Hotel, 11 November), Brisbane (Black Bear Lodge, 13 November), Maroochydore (Sol Bar, 14 November), Sydney (GoodGod Small Club, 26 November) - and, yes, even Perth (Jack Rabbit Slim's, 5 December).
