The B-Boy World Champions Tour is the first event of its kind to be seen in Australia and will bring together a selection of some of the world's best B-boys, B-girls, poppers and lockers for seven very unique shows kicking off in Melbourne (April 29) before heading to Sydney (April 30), Southport (May 1), Logan (May 2), Brisbane (May 2)and wrapping up in Cairns (May 3) with both a matinee and evening performance.
Showcasing their skills will be a diverse range of internationally renowned dancers, each with their own unique style and signature moves which they will bring to the floor for a series of performances and head-to-head battles, including two-time UK B-Boy Championship finalist Brooke Milliner (UK), one of the World's best powermovers, Marcio De Barros (Portugal); animation & robot specialist and Sky 1's Got To Dance 2014 Finalist, Marvel (UK); World B-Girl Champion & Guinness World Record Holder Roxy (UK); World renowned breaker and acrobat the aptly named Rubberlegz (GER); Breakdancing wunderkinds, dance crew Kyushu Danji Jr (JAP) and the breakdancing human firework Lil Amok (GER). Dropping the beats and calling each breaker throughout the day will be UK B-Boy Championships founder, DJ Hooch, who will be joined by world-class beatboxing powerhouse MC Zani together they'll be keeping the dancers, and the crowd vibed with their hi-energy flow. The inaugural B-Boy World Champions Tour is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the world's best B-Boys, B-Girls, poppers and lockers in the one room this summer.
The promoters are also pleased to confirm that local Logan outfit, AOB, will be special guest performers at the Logan Indoor Sports Centre show on Saturday, 2 May.
Ticket holders for the original January tour dates which were postponed can either hold on to their tickets, which will be replaced, for the new tour dates or return their tickets to the point of purchase for a refund. For further details please contact the point of purchase.
