DEBUT AUSTRALIAN HEADLINE CONCERT
Whilst in Australia for the Laneway Festival American artist BANKS will perform a one off intimate concert for Sydney fans in the most magical setting of St Stephen's Uniting Church, under the Heavenly Sounds banner on Tuesday February 3rd 2015.

The Heavenly Sounds touring concept, sees artists perform in the breathtaking surroundings of churches and cathedrals. It has proven to be a great success on the live music circuit with sold out tours from acts such as Daughter, Laura Marling, Beth Orton, Seeker Lover Keeper, CW Stoneking and Lisa Mitchell to name a few.

At just 26 years old, Jillian Rose Banks, known simply as BANKS, has already made her distinct mark in the right places all around the globe. Her deep dark lyrics have touched many, in fact they've become anthems for today's youth. Her debut album 'Goddess', recently a Feature Album on triple j, has garnered accolades in hot lists for prestigious outlets such as NME, the BBC, iTunes, Vogue, Shazam, Spotify and Spin. In the live setting BANKS performs with intensity yet with a tinge of intimidation as she weaves in and out of genres casting her spell on patrons. This one-off intimate HEAVENLY SOUNDS performance will mark her Australian debut so be sure to catch BANKS' in Sydney before she takes over the world!

Special guests Mansionair are a fast-rising Sydney three-piece, also appearing on the Laneway line-up this year. Their first single 'Hold Me Down' has amassed over 5 million views on YouTube, over 1 million Soundcloud plays and peaked at #1 on Hype Machine since it surfaced on the internet in February this year. .
