The Brightside
Brisbane's newest live music venue!

As Sydney and Melbourne close venues, Brisbane takes the opposite route by welcoming a brand new live music venue this May with the creation of THE BRIGHTSIDE.
The Brightside is the creation of promoters Destroy All Lines, partnering with Brisbane’s The Fans Group (the team behind Alhambra), to provide a home for alternative music fans in Brisbane.
The Brightside will be located in the heart of Fortitude Valley at 27 Warner Street (the site currently trading as Electric Playground).
A multi-purpose venue, with a refurbished band room featuring a brand new sound rig, provides a premium live experience. A revitalised beer garden delivers the perfect place to come for an after work drink. Plus, Brisbane's best DJs will keep you partying till late each weekend.
The Brightside opens Thursday May 1 with the official launch party on Saturday May 3 featuring The Acacia Strain headlining a huge night of festivities.
Upcoming acts include Straight Arrows, Kisschasy, King Parrot, The Getaway Plan, Hands like Houses, Kim Churchill, Origin, Cartel (acoustic), Morning Harvey, Mindsnare and more.
