Skrillex To Headline Shore Thing

On the biggest night of the year, along the iconic stretch of sand on Bondi Beach, and under spectacular stars and fireworks, Fuzzy announces the return of Sydney’s most spectacular New Year’s Eve event – Shore Thing. This will be the biggest Shore Thing to date with international DJ superstar Skrillex confirmed to headline. The world renowned DJ will be bringing his massive Skrillex Spaceship stage show for the first time to Australia, which will see 2013 end with bang.

Since 2005, Shore Thing has been belting out the biggest and best international names in party music, including the likes of The Chemical Brothers, Fatboy Slim, Groove Armada, Basement Jaxx, David Guetta, Snoop Dog, Calvin Harris and Pendulum.

Exploding onto the scene only a few years ago, electronic producer and industry tastemaker Skrillex has become an international phenomenon with his signature combination of original dubstep, electro and glitch, which has seen him become a real game-changing artist. His dedication to the craft is second to none, his re-inventing and re-imagining of electronic music has won him a total of six Grammy Awards including Best Dance/Electronic Album (2011 and 2012) and was named MTV's 2011 Electronic Dance Music Artist of the Year.
