PVT are set to return with their highly anticipated fourth studio album, 'Homosapien'. PVT are excited to celebrate with a tour of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide throughout March, their first headline shows at home for more than two years.
A gruelling worldwide tour schedule across Europe, the US and Australia on recent tours with Bloc Party, Menomena and Gotye, has seen them further hone their craft.
"PVT... instantly impress with not only their musical prowess and beyond capable craftsmanship, but also with their electro-laden take on something that still feels like it lives in the rock world." - Themusic.com.au
Comprised of brothers, Richard and Laurence Pike as well as multi-instrumentalist Dave Miller, PVT have explored the outer reaches of electronic rock since their 2010 debut as PVT (formally Pivot), 'Church With No Magic'. Placing a higher importance on vocals, 'Homosapien' sees PVT more open and intimate than ever before.
"Richard Pike has now been instilled as the group's frontman, and his lead is helping to establish Homosapien as the group's most accessible and rewarding release to date." - Music Feeds
Joining PVT on their headline album tour will be long-distance duo, Collarbones. On the back of releasing their 2012 sophomore effort, 'Die Young' the pair have made their mark on blogs and radio airwaves with their own brand of wonderfully wonky hip-hop and R&B. The two genre-bending acts are not to be missed!
